Is there a way to use external (usb) storage for application installation, etc. 64 gig internal storage is small and I would like to be able to install apps into the external drive. However, it seems to not be supported.

I have noticed that Android image provided by Khadas only supports fat32 formatted external drives. Which is rather limiting as the maximum file size for fat32 is 4GB.

I did some research and it seems exfat support has landed in Android 13, exfat brings support for bigger files. Khadas should either backport this feature from Android 13 to 12 or release a new image based on Android 13.

Basically if I am running android the maximum apps I can install is limited by internal storage and there’s no way to utilize sd card or external storage? I have the IO board but I still can’t format the SD card as android expanded storage.
