Android Auto head unit

I would like to use one of my VIM3 units as a pure android auto head unit wirelessly controled by my samsung phone.

This way I should be able to use my bluetooth helmet to fully control the android system via speach input.

This is for a motorcycle system so a standard head unit wont fit anywhere.

Is there any way anyone knows of?

Did you mean control VIM3 board like this ? Bluetooth MIC → Samsung phone → VIM3
Why don’t you control like this? Bluetooth MIC → VIM3

I have had dificulty getting the google assistant to work on the VIM3 in the config your suggesting.
I have been trying for a long time for it :slight_smile:

my goal is a fully hands free system, voice controlled via “ok google”
