Android 13 - MediaCenter app has problems closing subtitles

Please describe your issue below:

MediaCenter app(vendor/rockchip/common/apps) can’t disable subtitles in some movies.
After clicking “Close subtitles” menu it stays on screen, Kodi can disable it correctly.

@mo123 I don’t see such an option: “Close subtitles” menu.

Hi, check with this video if subtitles can be shown, hidden correctly.
Menu button brings up more settings then choose the middle settings in MediaCenter app.
There are 2-3 options for Subtitles.

Edit: It seems you can choose ‘Close Subtitles’ but only with an Enter button.
Some remotes only have DPAD_CENTER button then it doesn’t work.

Is there a way to choose the settings in the Settings menu with a DPAD_CENTER button too?
Text and images of MediaCenter app also doesn’t scale or fit on the screen if using 320 DPI, only with 240 DPI does everything fit on the screen and text is not cut off.
