Access point VIM1 basic

Hello,

I am using a VIM1 basic with ubuntu 20.04. Here I have setup an acces point. I can connect with a windows device but not with an android device.

Has anybody encountered this issue?

Any possible wrong settings?

EDIT:
When I disable NetworkManager and use hostapd, I can connect also with my android devices. What configuration could be wrong in NetworkManager? My version of networkmanager is 1.22.10.

WIth the linux 4.9 image on the emmc I am able to create a hotspot with nmcli that can connect an android device.

Edit: when I set IP address to static the problem returned.
