You may not be able to find a device with a higher score than this, unless it’s an nvidia shield.

you are right 
The Android TV boxes, or SBCs, are not as powerful as phones. They actually do not have to be, because they are specific and enough powerful for all the SBC tasks. However a lot of people would love to see to have a great powerful TV Box, but in reality, those 6 cores and GPU are way powerful for any decoding, even 8K as it seems.
