A few problems with vim 3

hello i have khadas vim 3 pro. sorry i’m using google translate. Sorry if there are sentence mistakes.
i am having a few problems with my system. Can you help me solve it?

  1. The ubuntu update appears, but when you click the upgrade button, it does not update. It’s been like this for a long time.

    khadas@Khadas:~$ lsb_release -a
    No LSB modules are available.
    Distributor ID: Ubuntu
    Description: Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS
    Release: 18.04
    Codename: bionic

  1. I connected my device to the 4K monitor. I set it to 1080p at first boot. and I use it that way. But when I reboot I have to set it up again. Every restart works like this.

  2. I used it in gnome version for cpu acceleration. But now I couldn’t find it in the XFCE version I am using. How can I do that.

  3. There is an application in the android version where I can adjust the light settings. But ubuntu version does not have this application. I don’t want the light to flash. The night is very disturbing. I will either turn it off or burn it hard. How can I do that.

  4. I am disabling the bluetoot device. But it is still active at every opening. How do I keep the Bluetooth off as I never use it?

  5. USb3 / PCIE settings are in continuous PCIe mode. But when I look at the device features, I see my connected LTE modem as usb2. What is the reason? PCI device field on the application is empty

  1. Lastly, the LTE modem driver installation I installed and the problems I encountered. I wrote to many places in the forum but could not find a solution. Although I got the drivers from the manufacturer, I could not be successful in android and linux.

Please use command to upgrade the system. Check here: https://docs.khadas.com/vim3/HowToUpgradeTheSystem.html

The resolution will not save if you UI to change the resolution. If you want to save the resolution, you need to edit /boot/env.txt file to setup the resolution to 1080P, check here: https://docs.khadas.com/vim3/HowToSetupHDMI.html

You can try ubuntu 20.04 gnome image.

You can trun off the LED, check here: https://docs.khadas.com/vim3/HowToControlLED.html

Turnoff the bluetooth via UI doesn’t work?

If PCIe is enabled, the usb will be 2.0.

@numbqq For problem 1
