3.5mm connector

I cannot get tea to work except with one microphone/headset,a cyber-acoustic ac6008, which has a 3.5 connector with 3 rings and a tip. All my other speakers and headsets work with 2 rings and a tip, or mono with 1 rig and a tip.

Works beautifully with the cyber-acoustic, but why will it not work with anything else ?

Tea only supports headphone with 8-300ohm impedance,below 8ohm speaks and other power amplifier cannot support.
