2 problems (Khadas Mind 2s + dock station)

I have two problems with my Khadas Mind 2s + dock station computer.

  1. After waking the computer from sleep mode when it is on the dock station, the devices in the dock station are sometimes inactive. That is, the fingerprint scanner, card reader, USB ports, and other devices do not work. However, the dock station is powered because the indicator light is on. (Power is supplied from the Khadas Mind itself). If I reconnect the computer to the dock station, everything starts working without any problems.
    How can I fix this behavior?
  2. There is a problem with the microphone in the docking station. After some kind of Windows update, the microphone stopped working. That is, it is detected but does not hear any sounds. It feels like a driver problem. Where can I download the drivers to make it work?

  1. Please provide the BIOS version of Mind 2s and the firmware information of the dock MCU. The above information can be obtained in the Mind app.

  2. The Mind Dock is not equipped with a built-in microphone. However, the Mind Dock provides a 3.5mm headphone microphone jack. You need to insert a 3.5mm headphone with a microphone or a separate microphone to enable this function.

  2. Strange, I thought I was using a microphone. But perhaps it was the microphone on my webcam that was activated.
