WiFi network does not start befor loggin in

Ubuntu ROM: WiFi network does not connect automatically if user is not logged in. Once user logs in then it connects. How to force WiFi to connect automatically before login.

Hi,

I have tested it on both VIM1 & VIM2. Both hardware same response.
I have build ROM using fenix. version 4.9.40

I just test the Wi-Fi, it works without login. You can see the picture I can ssh to VIM1 without login.

One thing you should to know that for bionic image, there is a 30 seconds delay before fully bootup, so the bootup time will be about 45 seconds. Can you make sure that you have fully bootup? If so, you will see a breathe LED, and the Wi-Fi will anto connect without login.
