We are starting on the enclosure design and its going to be an aluminum case. Antennas will be mounted externally and need to know if they can be mounted directly on the exterior of the aluminum enclosure.
Concern is a high VSWR damaging the Tx along with degrading Rx performance due to the antenna being mound on an metal body. A plastic enclosure is not an option on this project.
