where can I get the source code of “aml-npu” and “aml-npu-demo” debian packages?

aml-npu package is some close source libraries, so there is no source code.

There are some ready to use NPU demo binaries for VIM3/VIM3L. This documentation is about how to run these demos on VIM3/VIM3L.
