  • Which image you used?
  • Please provide the ifconfig information.
  • Please provide the kernel log.

please provide more details like - Ethernet led indicators etc

  1. plug ethernet cable
  2. please check it in owoow / menu / advanced / device testing / user soft test
  3. and replay again

PS: some cables can be low quality and works as 100M
