Vim3 Pro not powering on?

In order to check hardware, please help to do the steps below and feedback the results:

• Flash our Android Pie official image from server
• Supply the power with our official USB Type-C PD adaptor
• Attach the USB tester to the USB host
• Shot a video about the power supply

I already did all the steps you mentioned! Check
the first video of two videos I posted? Vim3 pro
doesn’t power on at all with official power adapter, no matter what operating system (even krescue) I use on it? It only powers on with usbA to usbC cable, that too with USB ports undervolted, also see the photos above?

USB not working

Hi everybody, I have just received a second VIM3L board but I can’t get the USB to work. I flashed Android AOSP, then the Android firmware provided by Khadas and Ubuntu, still nothing. The ports are powered but I can’t get anything to work, not a mouse, not a keyboard, not a USB stick (as far as I can tell). Is there any possibility this is a software issue or it’s 100% hardware and I’ll need to RMA?

Hi, mine is an unresolved kernel issue. It is software, but my USBs work until I plug the touchscreen. Do yours?

Mine is hardware! USB ports doesn’t work no matter what I do? (See photos and videos above) But it all started the same way as yours!
Since, I upgraded to android 12 aosp from khadas server, not only USB ports doesn’t work anymore, but vim3 pro also fails to power on with any usbC adapter and usbC to usbC cable? It only powers on with usbA to usbC cable? Have any idea what caused all this?
