I heard another thing, this is when the HDMI port burned out when it was turned off / on at operating voltage, this is true often,but it doesn’t matter which processor

I highly doubt that, that kind of thing applies to when you pull on the cable while in operation, or plugging it in after it has already powered on, “Hot plugging” to say, but even the HDMI association does not suggest it, but that would not really be this fatal…

can @katherine or @kenny reach out to me as well. As the OP about my display issue in Apr, its still not resolved also. the display just failed without warning. Symptoms exactly as @Spikerguy described.
