Your running on old kernel.
5.6 and 5.7 should have panfrost enabled.
Btw even with panfrost enabled you will not be able to run desktop on panfrost driver as panfrost is under developement for G5x series.
Currently G3x support have been pushed to the latest mesa-git release so I hope G5x will come soon.
