Please describe your issue below:

1.camera and NPU Demo working on offical android 9 version
2.camera NOT working on offical android 12 version which blocking NPU Demo
3. I had try to build with latest AOSP code, seems the same camera issue happened:https://forum.khadas.com/t/support-for-newer-kernel/14613/17?u=joyoki
4.I also try to search out this issue, seems camera issue still under fixing 
so I think this should be a software issue, if have any plan to fix this issue
