VIM1 Pro red led is blinking only

Hi.
Thats my first start withkhadas. I connect the USB-C to the board and the red led is only blinking. No power on or any other.
Whats wrong?

@bakerman Did you use External power supply ? And HDMI not any output ?

Yes, i use an external power supplie and have no output on hdmi
