Using a custom IR remote

Hello,

I’m trying to make this IR remote - https://joy-it.net/en/products/SBC-IRC01 work with VIM3L and VIM1. It uses the same NEC protocol as the original remote. I already know the codes of each button, is there a relatively easy way to replace the original key codes for the remote in Android 9?
