请参考这里设置

你用的什么固件？什么型号的USB转串口芯片？ 之前的固件linux 4.9支持的USB转串口芯片不多，你需要更新最新的内核。

出现你上面的信息应该是没有识别到这个USB转串口驱动。插上后可以通过dmesg | tail查看下是否识别到了。
