Tone 1 problems, cannot got firmware

I did all this and my Tone 1 is not visible in DFU. Tried old 2.* and new 4.* tools. What is wrong? Also Windows installed some driver 10.0.19041.1 from 06.12.2019
And some XMOS DFU with orange icon (no driver) device. Please help!

Another user in this thread had a bad cable. Please try a different cable to rule it out.
