Tensorflow和torch安装失败

按照这个网页https://docs.khadas.com/zh-cn/vim3/HowToUseNpu.html的说明安装npu所需工具如tensorflow和torch都失败了，提示：
tensorflow安装报错: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow==1.13.2 (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for tensorflow==1.13.2
torch安装报错: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==1.2.0 (from versions: 0.1.2, 0.1.2.post1, 0.1.2.post2)
No matching distribution found for torch==1.2.0

试了好几个源国内源（清华和阿里）都不行。请问这是什么问题？谢谢

@cbtogu 你是安装在你的PC上么,还是安装在板子上

@Frank 是装在vim3 pro的板子上啊

@Frank 是pip源设置有需要注意的吗？我在PC上安装都没这种问题

@cbtogu 不是的,ARM版本的TF能用的只有1.10.建议你在PC上转换,不要在板子做这个事情,很多python库也不支持ARM平台,转换还是很吃资源的,板子运行就好,转换尽量放在PC上
