Well, I have issue with my tea.Since I start using it, the connection Between T and my iPhone just unstable.
My iPhone device is 15 Pro Max, iOS 18.7.8
When using USB C to USB C connected，Sometime it will appears headphone.But most of the time, it just shows nothing. And the connection between them is OK. I try different cable, it’s the same situation.
And I switch to my Android device, which is Xiaomi ，My Tea just work perfectly fine.Every time I plug my tea，It just work normally.
But switching to the iOS device, such as I using my iPad, it just no connection at all. I mean the electricity side, it is connected, even my phone is charging the Tea
But it never show connection, the headphone dac connection，as it used to be（Sometime it connects, but it all depends on luck Most of the time. when you start the tea With blue light blinking，And Plug to iOS device using C to C cable，Sometime the device will recognize, but sometime just not. There’s no any pattern in it. ）. I don’t know what happened, how can I fix it? I mean the product itself wasn’t it design for the iPhone naturally? Why right now with Android is always stable
All the time I was using the cable that was in the package. There’s no problem with the cable, since it connects naturally with the Android.
