Not i2s output from Volumio and Toneboard

I have gotten tone board to work with Volumio in usb xcore mode, it is also seen as output device AML-M8AUDIO, but it is not output i2s, it is output hdmi, however, when from the console I execute aplay -l it appears

Can someone tell me how tone board can work with Volumio connected by i2s?

looks like only usb xmos even with their vim board.

This needs a minor DAC configuration modification in Volumio
