No screen for VIM3, led lights white

Hi Khadas team
For my x2 vim3 board, I powered them with HDMI cable plugged, but there is no screen.
can you help on this problem?

for vim3l board, with the same conditions, there is screen.

What’s the firmware? How you supply the power ? Do you use khadas Type C adapter?

I cannot check the firmware(OS version) because there is no screen. Yes, I plugged type-C cable to supply the power.

Hi, what is your power supply? need 12v 2a

I connected the VIM3 to PC USB port, it should be 5V.
Ok, I will try with 12V 2A input.

@Mobile360 If you just connect to PC , is not enough .
