Please describe your issue below:

I have a new Edge2 device that I’m trying to set up. When I power on the device, there is no HDMI output showing OOWOW. I have verified that the power delivery and monitor work with another Edge2 that has already been set up. The onboard LED flashes in a white heartbeat (System start in default mode). Because I have no HDMI output there is no way for me to debug this issue.

What’s the resolution of your screen? Have you checked other screen?

I was able to resolve the issue by performing the “boot OOWOW” operation with the buttons. It seems like some of the devices would automatically boot into OOWOW, but others needed the buttons.
