Missing eMMC storage

How to resolve the issue of missing eMMC storage? I tried flashing using burn-tool and krescue, and both tools failed. Krescue show eMMC missing.

I tried flashing Ubuntu server focal 4.9 using USB Burning Tool and get error “DiskInit error”

I also tried using KRescue and it show 0G for eMMC

looks like sbc broken because emmc and kbi undefined !
