Please describe your issue below:
Computer was working fine but now it doesn't output anything to a monitor. I've tried multiple monitors and it doesn't work. It doesn't seem to recognize keyboard input either as the light keeps going to the pulsing state even when I press keyboard keys. I've done the bios reset (30 second power button hold) and I've tried to use keyboard commands for graphics driver restart or to get to BIOS but doesn't seem to work.
