after flashing Vim_Ubuntu-server-16.04_V170515, u-boot notifies RAM error:

So your board is VIM2 but flash VIM firmware?

Please try MRegister Mode.And then Upgrade Via an USB Cable to flash VIM2 firmware.

There must be a way how mmc is initially flashed. Formerly it had been jtag at CPU. No idea how it works now, I’m a bit outdated…
