Boot with krescue from SD, select the wizard mode, install kernel 4.9 ubuntu 20.04 desktop version. I know for fact that image is working fine.

Not sure how you got a new board with that installed, they come with android from the factory.

I know it. I installed twice android and last Linux but the problem is hdmi no signal. I tried with Android from the factory but hdmi didn’t work. I tried to install krescue and CoreElec on SD but hdmi didn’t work and I can’t use wizard mode if I don’t see anythingi

Yes, you can.
I do it all the time, use the usb adapter on the linux debug port. Make sure you have your ethernet cable connected when you start krescue from SD card so you can use the wizard to install the image from dl.khadas. When the prompt comes up type krescue and you will get another screen. Top option is wizard, you can install android if you prefer that one.

I have never used Android so this is a guess to the no video problem.

Make sure you do full emmc erase not the fast.

Trying installing the 4.9 kernel, ubuntu server or gnome. I know those images work very well. If it does not work after installing those I would say it might very well be an issue related to the HDMI chip. Core of the board is working fine or it would not run krescue.

Server version you will only see a login prompt in the terminal.

Are you removing the SD card when rebooting, it seems that you are booting into krescue on SD card.

I tried but it continued to give data without stopping… Today I will try again. Thanks
