Firmware Upload Fails

Hi Experts,
I am using ready to flash images of VIM 1.2 Pro board using the USB C cable as specified in the path http://docs.khadas.com/bootcamp/UpgradeViaUSBCable/

The download fails in 2% showing errors DDR issue.

Please let me know how to proceed.

Which version ROM you tried to upgrade?

Two mistakes from the picture you posted:

  • You use the old USB Tool.
  • You downloaded VIM2 ROM, not the VIM1’s ROM

Hi Gouwa,
Thanks for pointing it out. I previously used 2.0.8 version and VIM1 ROM but it shows the image parsing itself fails. So I tried with few older versions.

In general what is the difference between VIM1 and VIM2 ROM. The Physical hardware only I see naming as Vim and Vim Pro.
