I consulted amlogic about DVI-D 720（ 1280x720@59.94Hz ）The format is supported.
Is there a problem with your video output adapter? Have you verified the same connection method on other devices?

the image below shows all tests we have done, note that the VIM4 is happy to accept the feed when its passed through the avermedia game capture, not entirely sure what this would be doing to the signal?
Did the Logs show anything?

# echo 7 > /proc/sys/kernel/printk
After reproducing to the problem：
# echo state > /sys/class/hdmirx/hdmirx0/debug
C:\Users\25348>adb dmesg > kernel.log
Send me the kernel.log file
