I am using the ubuntu 20.04 gnome desktop for Edge2. From the system info it is said the system is using X11, but when I apt install glmark2-es2, then run glmar2-es2 just fails. How can glmark2-es2 run successfully on Mali GPU of Edg2?

Please use OOWOW to install Ubuntu 22.04, and use glmark2-es2-wayland to check the GPU performance. We don’t provide support for Ubuntu 20.04 on Edge2.

Thanks! Will Ubuntu 22.04 provide support for X11 in the future or it will just support wayland?

Just for Wayland, no plans to support X11 at this moment.
