DVFS on VIM3 pro NPU

I want to know whether DVFS control through /sys/ interface is available to control the frequency of NPU in Vim3 pro board. Also, is it possible to measure NPU power consumption ?

I don’t think the NPU supports DVFS, its fixed around 800MHz I believe

@maasa Without the corresponding control interface, it is uncontrollable

Is there a controllable interface available to the user. If not at least can we log the frequency the NPU is executing. 800Mhz is the peak frequency but it may get switched to a lower frequency than that during execution.
@Frank - Please let me know if we can measure the frequency of NPU when application is running on it. Also, do we have a way to measure the power consumption?

@maasa Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, we just finished our vacation. Regarding the performance interface of the NPU, there is almost no, and the NPU is not independent, so it is difficult to measure.
