I sended some friends the 5$ promo code by entering their e-mail adress but it seems they never got a promo code.

Thanks for pointing that out, however I just tested the form and it works fine.

It is quite common for our emails to be blocked by spam filters.

You know, maybe if they checked the spam box it would be there.
