Creating boot Sd

There is a problem to make upgrade firmware sd card.
Tryed to do it by SDboot -faild
Every time : Writing MBR failed!
Etcher - ok for creation emmc. But don’t want load…
Tryed 4 images.

Apply update from SD card -don’t work.

I know that i’m just user in computers.
Have someone step by step VIDEO of flashing manjaro or ubuntu to board?

Burn to SD card or to the Board ?

Do you want to Boot from the SD card ?
then enter upgrade mode,
