I looked for fritzing files at https://dl.khadas.com/Hardware/VIM3/.

However, the fritzing file did not exist.

The fritzing file extension is .fzz.
The fritzing file is used by the following tools.

You’ll have to make it from the VIM3,
you can follow pinout from the docs and board dimensions and board shape from dl.khadas.com
