I think the modification should be pretty simple, but in first case you’ll need a driveron the other way:

you can even omit PWM and control the speed manually unfortunately the 3rd output on the blower is a frequency generator to read RPM, not to controlthe only problem in that project is air wiring and the efforts taken seem not to worth the result

I need ON/OFF signal only. I asked about the control output. If Vim does not has this output, how to do it?
My ITPS has driver +12V for FAN on MOSFET transistors with galvanic isolation.
+5V is very low for good cooling. See more about my system
