Cannot open VIM

I just got this unit. When I power on, VIM comes on the screen then 4 different color dots are flashing for about 30 seconds then the screen goes black. If I hit the reset it does that over again. Once it did display ANDROID but again the screen went black.

  • Tell us the DC adapter model and specification
  • A simple video or photos would be helpful for us to better understand your issue

I believe that this could be caused by a bad adapter, Vim doesn’t receive enough power.

That is what it was, It will work on my Samsung and Sharp. Thanks
