I have tried 3 different ToneBoards and none of the seem to connect to my MacBook Air via USB-C cable. I am using a 2 sided USB C that came with my computer for charging. The computer does not have a USB-A port, so I cannot try the cable that came with the ToneBoard.
This cannot be a problem with a specific ToneBoard (like I’ve said, I’ve tried 3), so I must be doing something wrong. Can anyone help me out?

Hello, I believe the Tone Board USB-C port is USB2.0 standard. I don’t know Macs, but I wonder if its USB-C ports are backward compatible to USB2.0.

Solved! You were correct. All I needed was a USB-C to USB-A adapter for the laptop side of the connection. Seems super silly but works like a charm. Thank you!
