Can NPU runs on Linux Kernel 5.10rc-6?

I 'm able to build kernel 5.10rc-6 to make gpu running on vim3. But can NPU run on this kernel too?

NPU is only supported on 4.9 kernel now. Mainline kernel is not supported.
