Which system do you use? Android, Ubuntu, OOWOW or others?

Please describe your issue below:

connect PD & HDMI then my edge2 device RGB LED2 is solid on(“RGB LED2” on user menual) But nver show up on my display

so I try hold function And press Reset to activate OOWOW But RGB LED2 just a Blink nothing changed

What you mean about this? You can boot into OOWOW?

no i cant boot oowow

just white led is on but display show nothing

What’s the resolution of your screen? Have you tried other screen?
