Board appears to be possibly dead

As you’ll have seen for yourself since, they’re pretty responsive. While I heard from them almost immediately, in the interim I’d discovered that my board was covered under the Purchase Protection Plan of the credit card I used to order, so a claim filed through that eliminated the need to ship the dead board to Khadas for repair, and I’ve already ordered a replacement from Amazon.

Looks like my board is dead too after doing the exact same thing. I’ve been tinkering with a vim3 that I purchased first but needed the vim4 for wayland support with the ts050 touchscreen that I am using for a project.

It’ll turn on the red led after three function button clicks but nothing else.

I wanted to thank @lilysun and all the after-sales support staff for an excellent repair experience. My VIM4 is back and running great!
