Any command to check NPU info?

cat /proc/cpuinfo is used to check CPU info, but what about NPU? Any command provided by Khadas for NPU info?

Manufacturing
NPU Serial Number
Computing Capability: 5T FLOPS, etc.

Anything related to NPU, similar to GPU.
