Upgrade Firmware Issues

I can only upgrade the firmware of my vim Pro to VIM_Ubuntu-mate-16.04_Linux-4.9_V170831 but the speed is very slow and after a minute or so it freezes. I’ve tried to reinstall the firmware via USB cable, but the issue remains. Installing other official firmware has been unsuccessful. Using the USB cable, I will get partition errors. Using a bootable SD card or USB drive, nothing boots. Using a burning SD card or USB drive, I get an image of an android with a white X in a red circle in front of it after a few seconds. I use two different uSD cards and 1 USB drive for bootable and burning disks

Attempts:

Firmware: All
Via Bootable SD card or USB Drive: Blank screen
Via Bunring SD card or USB Drive: Starts off well, but after a few seconds “upgrading…” disappears and a white X inside a red circle appears in the bottom right corner of the android on screen.

Firmware: Android, LibreELEC, DualOS, Vim_Ubuntu-16.04_V170124, and Vim_Ubuntu-16.04_V170102
Via USB Cable: Gets error “[0x30405004]UBOOT/Partition bootloader/Verify patition/Error result”

Firmware: All Ubuntu except VIM_Ubuntu-mate-16.04_Linux-4.9_V170831, Vim_Ubuntu-16.04_V170124, and Vim_Ubuntu-16.04_V170102
Via USB Cable: Gets error “[0x30405004]UBOOT/Partition ramdick/Initialize partition/Error result”

Firmware: VIM_Ubuntu-mate-16.04_Linux-4.9_V170831
Via USB cable: Burns successfully, but is slow and freezes after about a minute
