Flash player within Chromium browser

From what i have seen on the internet, there are arm Linux computers that do have flash support, Raspberry pi has it.

This isn’t the only arm pc, as i know arm Chromebooks and even some other boards do have it too.

It is called pepper flash, and is maintained by Google, could it be possible to run it in Ubuntu?

There is a pepperflash package available in synaptic, but when i install it, and then check it in chromium, it only shows some pdf viewer plug-in installed.

I have seen some tutorials for Raspberry installation, but i am not sure will the same tutorial be valid for Vim, but in theory it should work?
