Hello, The fan I had had its leads reversed. So check carefully to make sure the fan’s actual plus and minus are actually going to the fan header’s + and -. The fan header’s polarity is marked on the PCB next to the header. Also check VIM2 schematic to make sure the right pins are being engaged.
