Cannot upgrade with SD-card

Hello all!
when I try upgrade VIM2 via SD-card - monitor is black.
with USB-TTL adapter I see this: https://i-a.d-cd.net/6fa56404k328-1920.jpg

In USB Upgrade Tools my device is invisible

with new USB cable all OK. Update with USB Burning tool
